The document, beyond generation
On the DataFlows platform, generated documents don’t remain isolated files. They enter approval and signing workflows, are kept in a library shared by users and roles, and can be found through search.
In DataFlows ALOP, for example, the purchase request, procurement documentation, contract and commitments are generated by Docu and then go through the institution’s approval chain.

PDF, HTML or text. The PDF can contain signature fields prepared for every signatory.
Yes. We start from them when building the templates. If you only have them on paper or as PDFs, the application can automatically propose a template from a PDF or a photo.
Yes. The editor runs in the browser, with a preview on real data and drafts before publishing. The template manager role can only work on the templates assigned to it.
Documents requested by users are generated on the spot. Large volumes go through a generation queue, which can scale with the load.
Yes. Docu is a separate service, with its own API. You can connect it to your ERP, a website or any application that sends data, without any other DataFlows modules.
Yes, over API. Every application gets its own access key, with permissions limited to the templates it needs.
As long as you decide. After the retention period, the file can no longer be downloaded from the generation service.
